Allan’s website had been hacked and was linking off to unsecure suspect sites. The current web hosting provider had not done the correct maintenance to ensure the site remained safe. After being quoted several thousand dollars to rebuild a new site we started looking at the cleaning the infected site then rebuilding any broken elements now they are on our care plan to ensure the sites longevity.
Mick came to use from a recommendation from the HIA on the Mid North Coast. Mick wanted to move his building business in the direction of granny flats after seeing the potential earnings for his clients. We started with renders of the granny flats and built a call to action and assisted in marketing campaigns that engages and helps potential customers see the value.
Abbey Studios came to me for help after they had a website disaster. We started with mediation with current provider and settled the matter at we took over the project firstly building them a temporary site within 24 hours and then updating to a site that reflects their brand and goals for the business.
After the Abbey team took on an additional shop, they needed a new website that reflected the more casual feel of this salon. To save money we copied their current site and changed the logo, colour scheme, imagery, and details. We also hooked the site to the booking platform as a separate identity.
Andrews Website and current branding didn’t reflect the custom homes he builds for his clients. We started with a logo refresh and then moved to modernise his site, well it was more of a full rebuild, given the age and overall feel of the current site. We focused on demonstrating how Andrew builds custom homes multi developments and can also complete high-end renovations. We also assisted Andrew with a computer upgrade and new email addresses and set up.
Rob And Todd approached me about modernizing their current website. We started with an update to the logo that reflected their current logo but with a modern twist. then we built out a site that sowed diversity in their building type and a focus on their ability to deliver multi development and custom built homes. We also added auto instagram feed to keep the customer up to date.
The KBS team, Ben, and Sam, had a website that was aging and needed to be brought into the current times. The current website was missing images and didn’t reflect their current branding. One of the biggest changes was to make the site easy to use with contact points at multiple stages and a focus on the key services they provide. See full case study above.
After chatting with ben about his concerns that his current website was dated and not showing the diversity of his business, we set about building a new site that was easily updated with ongoing projects. Ben took up our premium maintenance care plan that allows him to send us new projects for the site and we take care of the content updating, this gives Ben a constantly updated site with him having to lift a finger.
Gary Came to us after his current provider moved careers. We took over the website and due to its original build date, we had to update to current technologies. We worked with Gary to understand the services he provides and built a site that reflected his core services and brand. Gary is now receiving many new leads from his website. In addition, we also helped Gary with his computer setup and online services.
Kara and Rebecca were unsatisfied with the help and support their current provider was giving them. They felt alone and had to do everything for themselves. We took over the project and built a new site in the background to allow their original site to still function. In collaboration with Robey Lawrence ( Developer) and Toni Livesey ( Ecommerce expert) we have built a site that functions well but is user friendly. This has culminated in an increase of orders and customer enquiries. Our ecommerce care plan means their site is backed up hourly and we take care of the content updates.
Ben’s Website was costing him a lot of money each month and was outdated certainly not reflection his business or passion for building custom rural properties and high-end renovations. We worked with Ben and his internal and external marketing team to ensure we encapsulated the spirit if Pirie Homes. We also helped his It provider to shift email providers and ensure he never misses an email from a potential customer with a email tracker system.
This was a truly rewarding collaboration. We first sat with Bryce to understand his new business venture and set about building a site that reflected who he is a s an artist and his core areas of photography he focuses on. this website whilst a smaller budget build has delivered many opportunities to his business like the local Focus magazine doing a free feature on Bryce after they had seen the website.
Mark was transitioning his business from a side hustle to a thriving property maintenance business. Whilst marks enquiries were predominantly coming from Facebook he understood that Social media is a lead generator and to take people to his online office (his website). Portraying a professional image as the business grows was paramount, we sent mark to one of our collaborators to update his logo and brand then we set about building a new website to reflect the business and brand.

Jim’s Website was built on older technology and was just a bit outdated we worked with Jim to create a simple website that reflected his brand and showed his quality workmanship. We also helped Jim with his email services and collaborated with his IT company to ensure his emails services were installed correctly.
Peter had tried several web designers but never felt like anyone understood his needs. We sat with Peter and went through his goals for the site. Peter just needed a simple website that allowed people to find him, get in contact and download information on filtration systems. We also made sure the key quality brands were represented.
When your brother needs a website, you have to dig deep to help out. As he had no online presence, we set about building a site from scratch. We concentrated on their key skills of serving cars from high end brands to all current brands, being close to the local to the St Ives community, Brett also wanted an easy way for customers to book online anytime. We set up a n booking email form to assist Brett in booking in customers anytime day or night.
Balloons New Ecommerce Website
We were recommended to Jess from another client. Jess was selling her balloons via Facebook advertising but wanted to have an online shop for customers to place orders in a professional and automated way. We worked with jess to understand the categories and taught her how to add new products. Jess has a premium care plan that ensures we can help out with extra changes to the site and that her orders are backed up hourly.
Michael and the team at AMC approached us from a mutual friend’s recommendation. Michal wanted to update his website that had was outdated and had products no longer available featured. We met with the full AMC team to gain an understanding of their needs their biggest goal was to simplify the website to make the user experience easy to navigate. We set about telling the customer what the business stands for and how they proudly support Australian made.

Sue came to use after paying a local advertising form thousands of dollars every year for little reward. We sat down with Jeff and Sue to work out their key products and services then built a website that suited their needs. We also added links to socials and PDF shopping catalogues. Sue has peace of mind knowing we are taken care of their website at a fraction of the previous costs.

Graeme and Cherie came to me for a website update. After getting several other quotes and feeling like they were not being understood. We sat done to gain an understanding of their needs their main was to have an online booking system that ensured customers excepted T&C prior to booking another goal was to demonstrate their family values and long-standing local service. Mel came to us from a previous clients recommendation. Mel was looking at Monsoon’s overall advertising expenditure and found excessive ongoing costs for their website. Adam & Neil had not long finished having their website built, unfortunately it was not representing their current business as custom home builders. We worked with them ti identify their customers needs and questions they may have about building. We set about redesigning the website to take the customer through the key aspects of their business and how the customer builds a lifestyle with them.
idesign Temporary Landing page
We approached kylie after a change in her business strategy. Kylie had just developed new branding and didn’t have a website for people to visit. After consultation with Kylie we developed a simple landing page so anyone looking for her services will be able to contact her and view her social media channels via the links. We will be working on a new website in 2021 to represent Kylie’s amazing design services.
Jordan came to us from a referral. Key Homes and constructions currently had no online presence. We set about building a basic website to show what they do, then we set about setting up their social media presence via Facebook. Jordan now has been getting many new enquires and has hundreds of page likes on Facebook.
Paul approached us after having a spending a fortune having a website built that he wasn’t happy with but felt locked in. We helped by firstly taking control of all his digital assets. We then set about consulting with Paul and his wife about what they liked, and did not like about the current site. only then could we start building a new website. We kept them in the loop with many feedback sessions to ensure we were on track. We also helped with a sign on /off site Qr code to assist in safety on site.
Dirtworx New Website
Russell and Jude came to us after being referred from the HIA. Just Dirtworx had no online presence. We set about building a website to show what they do. We concentrated on demonstrating the diversity of their business coving Pools Earthmoving and Concreting, Russell and Jude loved being involved with the project and had their personal touches demonstrated within the site.
Constructions New Website
Tyler came to us from a referral. Burnsbuilt Constructions currently had no online presence. We set about building a website to show what they do. We concentrated on their key skills of custom homes and bespoke renovations. Also added a video to show their new display home coming soon.
& Design New Website
We approached Tim and Rebecca to see if we could help with their online presence. The blays were spending a fortune on advertising but had so much work they were at capacity. So, we went about building a professional site to show their professional side for visitors to understand what they do. This has future proofed their business and has now brought many enquiries to them for future projects.
Andrew came to us from a referral. Decon Building currently had no online presence. We set about building a basic website to show what they do. Concentrating on the custom homes and renovations as well as their partnership as a Fair Dinkum Sheds builder. As the business is changing, we are currently in a redesign phase for an updated site.
After having surgery with Dr Summersell we were approached about assisting with their website. They needed to be able to add more locations and change times, also they wanted for their patients to get information including forms and also be able to request a call back. We set up a request a call back form which has taken a load off reception staff and given patients 24h contact.
We approached Wayne and Scott after learning they had no online presence. Wayne and Scott just wanted something simple to show their services and allow people to contact them easily. We also assisted in setting up 3 new emails addresses and now manage the email and website maintenance.
